Take it Easy.
This solo isn’t very flashy, but it’s filled with a lot of great secrets to help develop your blues chops.
Learning these basic ideas first can make a world of difference to even super shreddy licks.
Playing What’s Missing.
This first thing I go over is playing a minor pentatonic over a major chord. The A major chord contains the note C#, which is its major 3rd. The minor pentatonic doesn’t have a C#, but a C natural instead, which is its minor 3rd.
By playing the major third right after the minor third, a classic often used blues sound comes to life.

I go over the easy solo note for note and then break it down explaining the concepts I use over each chord.
