Metal Drill II uses inverted power chords and palm muting. A really well known version of inverted power chords is “Smoke on the Water” from guitarist Ritchie Blackmore on the Deep Purple album titled Machine Head.
It’s also heavily used in band like Metallica and Megadeth.
